Business Breakthrough Community Subscription
Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

"We," "us," "our" means Always Enough LLC, registered at Business Center 1, M Floor, The Meydan Hotel, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
"You," "your" means any person who subscribes to our community program.
"Agreement" means this subscription contract formed between you and us.
"Subscription" means the ongoing monthly payment plan for continued access to the community program.
"Content" means all video modules, written materials, community discussions, coaching sessions, and other intellectual property offered under this program.

2. Billing and Payment

• Your subscription begins immediately upon registration and payment.
• A valid payment method is required to start and maintain your subscription.
• You will be charged $27 upon activation and then every month thereafter on the same date.
• All payments are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• If a payment fails, you have 7 days to update your method. Failure to do so may result in suspension of access.
• We reserve the right to vary the subscription charges with 30 days' advance notice sent to your registered email. Continued use of the subscription service following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised charges.

3. Community Access and Features

As a subscriber, you will have access to:

• Educational video modules
• Private community platform
• Monthly group coaching calls or events
• Exclusive subscriber content
• Email support within one business day (Mon-Fri)

Access is maintained as long as your subscription is active and in good standing.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@marisapeer.com.
• Cancellations are processed within 2 business days.
• Upon cancellation:
  – You retain permanent access to content accessed during your subscription.
  – Community platform, coaching calls, and support access are terminated.
• No future billing occurs after cancellation.
• A 14-day cooling-off period is provided from your initial subscription date, during which you may cancel for a full refund if you have not accessed more than one module or attended a live event.
• If you cancel within 7 business days of your subscription start date, and regardless of content accessed, you are entitled to a full refund. Requests must be submitted in writing to support@marisapeer.com.

5. Warranties and Eligibility

You warrant that:

• You are over 18 years of age and legally competent.
• You will provide accurate, complete, and updated registration and payment information.
• You will not use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.

6. Content and Community Guidelines

• All content remains the intellectual property of Always Enough LLC.
• You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute materials outside the platform.
• You must maintain confidentiality of member discussions and behave respectfully.
• Breach of these terms may result in termination without refund.

7. Modifications to Services

We may update features or content to enhance your experience. You will be notified of significant changes via email or community posts.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription for:

• Payment default beyond the 7-day grace period
• Violation of community rules or these Terms
• Behavior detrimental to other members or our reputation

9. Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in the content belong to us or our licensors.
• You receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable right to use content during your subscription.
• Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. Media Consent

By participating in community calls or events, you grant us permission to use your image or voice recordings for internal training or marketing purposes. You may opt out by notifying us in writing.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or technology outages.

12. Legal Boilerplate

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the full agreement and supersede prior communications.

13. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

14. Privacy Policy

Any personal data provided is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, accessible on our website.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation for at least 30 days before pursuing legal remedies.

16. No Guarantees or Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific results from participation in the community or use of our content. Individual outcomes may vary based on personal effort, application, and external factors.

17. Account Security and Sharing

Your subscription and account are personal to you and may not be shared or transferred. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

18. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be communicated via email or posted within the platform. Continued use of the subscription service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Accessibility and Reasonable Adjustments

We are committed to making our content accessible. If you require reasonable accommodations, please contact us and we will do our best to support your needs.

20. Contact Details and Notices

Formal notices under these Terms must be sent in writing to support@marisapeer.com. Notices shall be deemed received within 24 hours of email delivery confirmation.
